Username/Password issues?
Go to the The ID management application to reset your username and password. Please note that iRIS does not use Single Sign-On.

After a username/password reset, you MUST change your temporary username and password before you can log into iRIS.

Once you complete step 2 on the ID managment application, you will be able to log in.
